This does seem to me to be a venue that is quite unique in our modern elections. I can’t remember both candidates being willing to sit on the same stage on the same night and be interviewed by the same pastor. Kudos to Rick Warren and the work he had done long before either of these men won their respective nominations in order for him to get to this point.
