Zimbabwe Power-Sharing Deal Reached
We at the Well have been following the situation in Zimbabwe for many months. There was the election, the contested results, the sham run-off election and now, in what will be hopefully an end to strife and a beginning to peace, it seems a power-sharing deal has been reached. Incumbent President Robert Mugabe and Democratic election winner Morgan Tsvangirai will serve in the same government as they will address many of their nation’s concerns together.
Please continue to pray for all parties involved as we watch this situation closely. Also, remember to pray for our sisters from Zimbabwe and their families
